We’re an e-commerce company selling rechargeable fans, nail guns, chainsaws, and power tools across Nigeria and Ghana.
We run direct-response Facebook and Instagram ads, delivering thousands of products monthly to customers who trust us.
As our Media Buyer Intern, you’ll learn from a founder who’s spent millions on ads and built profitable campaigns from scratch.
What You'll learn
By the end of this internship, you’ll know how to:
- Set up and launch Facebook ad campaigns from scratch
- Read and interpret ad metrics (CPO, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Identify winning ads vs losing ads within 24 hours
- Scale profitable campaigns without killing performance
- Test audiences, creatives, and copy systematically
- Troubleshoot ad account issues and pixel problems
- Build reports and communicate performance clearly
These are skills that will make you valuable in any e-commerce or marketing role.
THE INTERNSHIP TIMELINE
Month 1-3: Training Period
You’ll shadow our ad operations, learn our systems, and start making small decisions with supervision. Stipend: ₦40,000/month.
Month 4-6: Performance Period
You’ll manage daily optimizations independently with weekly check-ins. Opportunity to increase stipend based on impact.
Month 7+: Full Media Buyer Role
If you excel, you’ll be offered a full-time position with increased compensation as the company scales.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You’re the right fit if you:
✅ Are 20-25 years old
✅ Own a laptop and have reliable internet
✅ Are available Monday-Saturday from 9 AM
✅ Are data-minded and comfortable with numbers
✅ Want to learn digital marketing as a career
✅ Can commit to at least 6 months
✅ Are based in Abuja or willing to visit occasionally
Bonus (not required):
- Experience running Facebook or Instagram ads
- Studying Marketing, Business, or related field
- Active on social media and understand how users scroll
